Basic information

I am a furry artist going by the online name Colorfull and am a she/her lesbian. Currently looking to make make money through commissions and freelancing.
I enjoy drawing furries and making fursuits! English is my mother tongue but I know german as well!

What do you use?

I use the art program Clip Studio Paint and my tablet is a Wacom Intuos pro (PTH651).I animate in Clip Studio Paint and edit in the free ver of HitFilm Express.Any 3d models are made with Blender.

Can I use your art in edits, pfps, etc?

As long as you give credit at the TOP of the description and is willing to take it down if I ask.

What brushes do you use?

There's too many to name, a lot of them are from the CSP assets, and they aren't in English.

I usually use the top pen to sketch and the G-pen to line. There are many other brushes I use to paint, shade, and color in pieces.

Commissions

Terms of service

Term of Service is an important way to protect both the client and the artist. Never commission an artist Who does not have a T.O.S or does not send payment via invoice and never pay using the “friends and family” option.

General

  • “I” “me”, and “my” all refer to the artist. “You” and “your” refer to the client.

  • When commissioning you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • This agreement is valid for all of my accounts on social media accounts.

  • You must be over the age of 18 to commission.

  • I reserve the right to adjust any information on my site, as well as the price of any commission accordingly. However, I will never change the price of a commission that has already been previously agreed upon.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission order without any reason or explanation.

  • If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Ordering

  • Each price is tailored to fit an individual commission depending on wishes, complexity, and character design. to get a quote, please contact me at any of my social media.

  • I don't host waiting lists and will not accept reservations.

  • Commissions currently are accepted at any time I am available.

  • I will not accept commissions without an image reference of any characters you want. anything else will not be accepted

  • References should be concise and up to date. I will only work with the provided images.

  • References can be SFW or NSFW.

  • By sending me any references you declare that you have full copyrights or permission for usage of the character design.

  • I cannot accept any commission if the client is unable to speak English in an understandable form.

  • Commissions will take a while to draw. Please have patience. I will ask you to accept any work in progress. If you do not respond the commission will be put on hold.

  • if the final result is not to your liking you are allowed up to three revisions. Fourth and any later revisions will require another payment.

payment and refunds

  • The only form of payment I accept is through PayPal. Payment is handled through PayPal invoices.

  • The only form of payment has to be in USD currency.

  • Quotes can be requested at any moment. Quotes expire after 5 months of being set.

  • Your PayPal address will be needed to invoice you.

  • All invoices must be paid within 1 month of receiving it. Invoices past 1 month will be canceled, canceling the commission associated with it.

  • I will not start working on the piece until payment has been received.

  • At this current time, there are NO refunds on already started works. Full refunds will only be accepted before the work has been started.

Intellectual property/Image rights

  • I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.

  • Clients may repost art as long as they credit to me is included and no profit is being made.

  • I do not claim any rights to the characters used.

  • Commercial rights of your commissioned artwork with cost a one-time price. Please expect industry rates and legal contracts.

  • You may use artwork that was created specifically for you and is for your personal use only. This includes wallpapers, printing the image for personal display, etc.

  • In the event, we have a falling out or you choose to not associate with me or any of my social media. I will NOT ask you to remove the art so long as you provide the appropriate credit.

Won't Draw

  • No depictions of any kind of hate group, hate speech, homophobic or transphobic.

  • Nothing in relation to child abuse, animal abuse or any kind another kind of abuse

  • Complex robots or Mecha
